There are several ways you can take action to assist youth and families in need. You can also create your own project and reach out to Greater Hope Foundation (GHF) to become a potential partner. When doing so, you are connecting yourself and/or business to a network youth, families and GHF supporters.

Child Abuse Prevention Event (April): Goal is to bring awareness to the community about child abuse and teach how we all can prevent needless harm to children.
National Foster Care Month Event (May): Goal is to recognize our families and team as they all play a part in enhancing the lives of children and youth in foster care.
BEE Confident Event (Varies): Goal is to provide confidence and relationship building tools for young girls.
Back to School Event (August): Goal is to provide youth with the tools they need for school. Typically, we hand out backpacks, notebooks, paper, pens, pencils, crayons, etc. We also raffle off gift cards, to clothing stores for back-to-school shopping, and laptops/tablets to assist the children with their school work.
Harvest Festival (October): Goal is to provide a safe and friendly place for our children to gather goodies in late October. In addition to passing out candy, we have concession stands and carnival type games and a bouncer to keep the children entertained.
Holiday of Hope Celebration (December): Goal is to provide our foster families with a delicious holiday meal, dancing and family friendly entertainment (i.e. photo booth, magician, face painting, balloon artist, etc.). In addition, every child receives a gift from Santa Claus. Gifts come from our Annual Stars of Hope Toy Drive/Campaign.
